We collect information about you when you register with us as either a prospective landlord or a prospective tenant. In order for us to assist you in either renting out your property, or looking for a property to rent, then we will ask you to provide us with your contact information.

We collect information about you in order to manage your account only. We will not share your information for marketing purposes to anyone outside of our Company.

If you are a prospective tenant then we may send your details to a credit reference agency in order to process any application that you make for rental accommodation.
