There is no charge to register your details or to view properties with us.

The first time we ask for money from you is when you apply for a property and even that is 100% refundable if your application is rejected by the Landlord (assuming it was 100% honest).  be wary of agents who take a fee and withhold all or part of if you are not accepted.

IMPORTANT: About Money

When dealing with letting agents you should be aware in advance what the likely charges during the tenancy will be.  Believe it not some even go so far as to charge you to provide a reference to your next letting agent/mortgage company when you leave at the end of the tenancy!

    - References at the end of your tenancy
    - Check in fee
    - Check out fee

    The Costs Are Clear

    Deposit
    This is usually equal to the rent plus £200. E.g. £500 rent = £700 deposit.

    Application Fee (Inc. VAT)
    £215 for a single applicant and £240 for a joint application (i.e. £120 each)

    Contract renewal
    This is optional:  If you want to renew your contract after the first six months the fee is £30 inc. V.A.T.
