Tenant vetting should not be a simple one-stage process of taking references. There are many things to take into account when selecting a Tenant.  

 

At Brookdale we use our combined staff experience (in excess of 130 years). In addition, each application is examined by a Property Manager and a Senior Partner. Tenants are actually vetted in FIVE stages:
