Our Applications Department only accept applications from Tenants who are in full time employment and of a certain minimum age. There are many issues taken into account during the application vetting process and, of course, we take full references and credit-checks. Each application is assessed by a senior member of staff and then approved by a Partner.

One of the most effective forms of referencing is to visit the applicant’s current home to assess it’s condition. This is a way of looking into the future of the potential forthcoming tenancy and imperative. Financial stability is not the only factor which should be taken into account when assessing a prospective tenant.
