It is often a misconception that the Landlord is passing ownership of compliance with legislation to the letting agent. In many cases, this is NOT true and the Landlord is liable for fines/penalties for non-compliance.
Prompt payment processing, and responding to queries relating to invoices is essential in providing a good service to our Customers; both Landlords and Tenants.
All of our communication (if you choose) can be sent via e-mail which is a far more reliable and more efficient way of communicating than the post. PLUS - it is more environmentally friendly.
