We focus on letting only. The “sales and commission” element of an Estate Agent is dangerous in the letting industry as the focus must be on the quality of tenant and not the let itself.

 

Few people care who buys their home, ANY Landlord should CARE who rents their property.

HOWEVER, we have hundreds of investment Landlords who, from time to time and for various reasons, decide to sell a property/properties to another investor privately and without the assistance of an Estate Agent. We are happy to pass on details to anyone who is looking to purchase a property to let.

 

As we are not Estate Agents, we will not get involved in the sale in any way.

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an investor as a tenanted property with a good rental track record is a much better option than buying a property from an Estate Agent which often has to complete (the sale) before any marketing can commence. This leads to a rental void period. Few properties purchased can achieve rental income from day one.

 

Purchasing a tenanted property with a track record means you KNOW what rental level to expect, how the property has performed and, more importantly, you receive rental income from day one after completion as the property is already tenanted!

 

Our aim is to keep the property on our portfolio by finding an investor to buy the property and to keep the tenant in the property.
