Our charges are simple and outlined below. In addition, when choosing an agent it is important to know what YOU WILL NOT be charged for (see below).

1) The Fee To Let Your Property (plus V.A.T.)

First let - £150

Subsequent lets - £50

 

2) Monthly Commission Rate (plus V.A.T.)

Between 10% and 12% depending on rental value (only based on rent collected so no charge when the property is empty)

3) External/Legislative Costs

Gas safety check approximately £65 plus V.A.T. (depending on the number of appliances)

Energy performance certificate (lasts 10 years for renting) £85 (no V.A.T.)

WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR:

• Preparation of a detailed visual inventory (a small cost is applied for furnished properties)
• Credit searches for applicants
• Drafting of contracts
• Regular property inspections with feedback
• The final inspection/check-out
• The pre-leaving inspection where we advise Tenants what is required to receive a full deposit refund
• Renewal of tenancy contracts
