As the sales market remains depressed, we are already seeing many property owners moving from the sales to the letting market.  However, many people are reluctant to request a valuation meeting at the property due to some agents using “pushy” techniques and indeed, for fear of wasting the agents time if the valuation does not meet the owners needs.

1) Your property must be advertised either for sale or to let on the Rightmove web-site as this is the information we will use to provide you with a valuation
2) We will do our best to provide you with an accurate valuation.  We manage close to 900 rental properties in Peterborough so we have vast amounts of data to use.  You will receive an upper and lower value in terms of rent achievable.
