We have had much feedback about this subject from Landlords who have used other letting agents so have tailored our service to address those this very issue.
Each week we carry out dozens of tenant viewing appointments at our properties. It is unproductive to contact every Landlord and appraise them of every viewing by telephone. In fact, our experience shows us that around one in four appointments either cancel at the last moment or the prospective tenant does not show up at the property!
Our time is better used contacting the registered prospective tenants on our database in order to organise viewings.
However, we understand that Landlords expect to be appraised of our progress and, at Brookdale, every week we will send you a letter explaining how well your property is performing on the Internet and a report showing how many viewings have been carried out, when they were carried out, what the prospective tenant thought of the property and how many viewings are booked for the future.
