If you are currently searching for an investment property then we can help.  In 2003 we set up our sister company Relative Property Limited and purchased a number of properties which are managed within the Brookdale Property Management (BPM) element of our group.

In addition BPM has presided over more than 6,000 lets for our private residential and investment landlords over the last four decades so we are acutely aware of what is and is not a good investment both in terms of capital appreciation and yield.

Another sister company Glenbrook Developments Limited is our property construction company and we have built a number of properties in the Peterborough area in prime spots - all, again, managed by BPM.

As we do not sell properties our advice is totally un-biased.  Our motivation in sharing our property expertise is to gain your trust and hopefully provide you with a top class residential property management service.  Other companies actually charge for advice!

    DONT buy a property just because it is cheap

    DO buy in a good area

    DONT buy a property with dated fixtures such as bathroom and kitchen unless you are prepared to spend money

    DO buy a property you think looks attractive - good quality Tenants will too

    DONT listen to estate agents - remember they are in it for the money from the sale - they don’t have to let it!

    DO think about buying a new build - there are many advantages

    DONT assume that every single tenant wants to walk to work and work in the city centre
