We carry out many viewings each day and are usually booked well in advance so, if you see a property you would like to view, call as soon as you can.

It is not uncommon for us to receive a telephone call from someone who saw a property to let with us on the Internet the day before only to be advised that is has now been let.

How Do I View A Property ?

Of course, we will advise you if this happens but the point is - don’t delay. If you see something you like - request a viewing quickly !

Important:  Non-commission based staff

Unlike many of our competitors, we DO NOT pay our staff commission to let properties so please do not expect any pushy sales type pressure or misleading information. Our staff are highly trained professionals who we pay to find you accommodation that suits YOUR criteria rather than complimenting our staff’s bank balance!

This is most important - particularly if you are unfamiliar to Peterborough. You can always expect honest advice and professionalism.

Remember, when you see a property we have to let, you will almost certainly not be the first person to have seen it. Indeed if is unlikely that you will be the first person to view it either. It is commonplace for a property to let to someone who viewed it before you between you booking a viewing and it being carried out!
