During this meeting, our representative will explain the processes involved in letting your property, your responsibilities, any improvements that may be required, the likely rental income you will achieve and the cost of our service.

 

Please bear in mind that our valuations are realistic and based on similar recent lets and the condition of the market. We do not value a property strategically just to gain business.

 

Our representative with whom you will meet IS NOT paid commission to acquire business so expect an informative meeting and no pushy sales techniques!

 

Depending on your situation, this meeting can simply be for information purposes only and the ball will then be left entirely in your court at the end of it. We are a professional letting agent and it is certainly not our policy to “badger” you into allowing us to market your property nor to follow-up the meeting with endless “chase” telephone calls to you.

 

If you have already decided you wish to let your property then our representative can take take photographs in preparation for setting up the marketing pack. In order to begin marketing, we do not ask for any payment and you do not have to sign anything. We simply market your property on your verbal instruction.

 

If you change your mind or your plans during the marketing - there is no charge.
