Simply understand that we are there to answer any questions you may have after the meeting either by telephone or e-mail

 

Once you have decided that you wish let your property - please don’t delay. Our aim is to maximise your investment and Tenants usually start looking for a rental property well in advance of their anticipated move date so early marketing is essential.

 

Also, Tenants often have a lead-time of a month or more between the day they find a suitable property and their move date.

 

Quite simply, after the valuation meeting, the ball is in your court. Do not expect “pushy” sales calls to twist your arm. You must be comfortable and understand the processes involved .

We leave you to consider and absorb the information we have given you. The aim of the meeting is to provide you with all the information you need to make your decision to let your property.

 

Feedback we have received from landlords indicates that they constantly receive chase-up phone-calls pushing for a decision and an instruction after a valuation meeting.  At Brookdale, we leave the choice to you so don’t expect us to constantly chase you!
