The most important element of any business is to provide excellent Customer Service via effective communication, hard work, honesty, professionalism and experience in the given industry.

At Brookdale, this issue is of paramount importance to us.

However, the private residential letting market has had a great deal of bad press over the years, mostly as a result of tenancies going wrong. In this industry we have to work harder to instil confidence - particularly for new Landlords who have never let a property before.

We are the largest letting agent in the Peterborough area and one of the largest independent agents in the UK. However, even though we are much further forward in terms of size and experience than our closest competitor, we will never stop finding ways to improve our Customer Service levels and welcome any comments from our Landlords and Tenants.

Complaints are acted upon quickly. We also spend a great deal of time listening to Landlords and Tenants complaining about other agents. This has been the main source of ideas for improvement over the years. It is ironic that we have developed our business by listening to people talking about other agents' shortcomings.
